Octopus
Our flagship product. Banc d'Arguin octopus is known for firm flesh and unbroken skin — a direct result of pot fishing, which avoids the bruising a trawl causes. Catches are graded at landing, washed in chilled seawater and frozen whole. We have supplied the Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Korean markets for fifteen years.
